Press release : 3 new colleagues

Rise and Shine agency welcomes 3 new colleagues to manage fast growth
Brussels, 9/12/2015 - Belgian agency Rise and Shine, (@RSagencyBXL), founded in May 2015, reports excellent first half-year results. Their data-driven marketing approach, building bottom-up exciting relationships with a personal touch, proves to be a winner. In the last six months, founders Michel Demoor and Jean Durand started successful collaborations for R+S with no less than seven top clients. They also welcomed three extra team members, helping their customers shine and boost sales results.
Ruben Van Goethem, Digital Product Manager at Vacature:
‘Rise and Shine understands the essential combination of data and beautiful marketing. They provide a fresh view and create simple insights on how to move forward fast. Plus, they have the right technical skills and experience to make it happen.'
Client portfolio: +7
Over the summer, no less than seven major clients choose to partner with the up-and-coming Rise and Shine agency. Besides software experts Verifield and Wolters Kluwer Transport Services, the list includes DIY experts Brico & Plan-it, RTL Belgium, SEAT, pharma company Takeda and job sites Vacature & RegioJobs.
All were attracted by the result-driven approach of Michel and Jean. They directly ‘cut to the chase’, using clever digital strategies, marketing automation, and CRM, to leverage serious sales growth for their clients.
Team: 2+3
Rise and Shine attracted three talents to join the team, to strengthen campaigns, art direction, design and digital development.
Vincent Leruitte, Paul Maria and Juliette Delpeche are now part of the gang, on top of trusted freelancers that execute specific copy and creation tasks.
Vincent Leruitte, a black belt Selligent ninja, started as Senior Campaign Developer. His skills include SIM, SQL DB, html, css, and javascript/jquery. Vincent has many projects under his belt, for clients in automotive, digital technology, tourism, finance and industry.
Paul Maria, ex-TBWA France, is the new Art Director for R+S. Paul leads creative concept development and design, spirited by his broad creative experience in campaigns for companies such as Best Western, Crédit agricole, Darty, Leroy Merlin, and SFR.
Juliette Delpeche is the third new rising star in the team. As graphic designer and front-end developer, she combines html5, css, and jquery with sparkling work on tools such as photoshop and illustrator.
Stefaan Vuylsteke, Head of Marketing Operations at Wolters Kluwer Transport Services, is positive about the R+S team:
‘Our collaboration with Rise and Shine is very refreshing, always to the point, and quickly started showing good results. We share their philosophy that places customers and consumer data at the core of digital strategy. Their skills in strategy and technology are already paying off for Wolters Kluwer Transport Services’.
